New Hyundai to Debut at LA Auto Show

About to premiere at the LA Auto Show in just a number of days (November 28), we will get a closer look at the new Hyundai Palisade SUV. Among the information we know so far is this model is expected to get turbo V6 power and it should be on sale in 2019. The hulking SUV will seat up to eight people and include all-wheel-drive capabilities.

“The future Palisade SUV will convey a bold exterior that commands attention and has strong inherent imagery of safety and security, especially important with parents with growing families and active lifestyles. Palisade styling will offer dignity with style in an understated theme that demonstrates clear differentiation worthy of a flagship SUV,” the automaker said in a statement last week.

One thing we can’t overstate enough is how impressive this model will look and drive. Vertical running lights, an octagonal grille, and other modern details are sure to wow drivers and dealers too with their futuristic style. We are expecting the model to be positioned above the Hyundai Santa Fe in the lineup, and that it will go on sale around the same time as the Kia Telluride.
