Roadside assistance is not an extra feature reserved only for luxury brands or drivers who spend lots of money on special associations. Roadside assistance is available for everyone, particularly if you drive a new Hyundai vehicle. It’s absolutely free for the first five years with the purchase of any new Hyundai car, so we hope you take advantage of it.

The Duration of Coverage

Roadside assistance is effective from the date the vehicle is delivered for the first five years. There is no mileage limit. It is valid in all 50 states and Canada 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.

• Towing services
• Locking your keys in the car
• Flat tires
• Dead batteries
• Running out of gas

 

Other Specialty Features

Other benefits of roadside assistance include trip interruption assistance for warrantable mechanical disablement more than 150 miles from home.

This means you can be reimbursed for meals, lodging, and transportation within reasonable limits if a warranty-backed part of your car lets you down while you are out of town.

 

When You Call

Dial 1-800-243-7766 if you are in immediate need of assistance. Our team will need info like your vehicle location, mileage, and VIN number to start.

Once we understand your problem, help will be on the way to get your car back up and running or on its way to an approved Hyundai service center.
